Inspections
Several of our customers have asked us to establish an annual hoisting plant inspection program designed to meet the demands and requirements of the ministry regulations as well as the needs of the equipment in use. These inspections become part of the annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs for these sites.
Thorough inspections are combined with routine maintenance to limit the impact on production schedules and down time, and are true examples of “preventative” maintenance. The inspections are aligned with the requirements for non-destructive testing as specified by the regulatory agencies.
Inspections are tailored to meet the requirements of the site, the equipment, the Ministry of Labour Regulation requirements and the personnel involved. Inspection schedules can vary to meet your needs.
